Pricing

We allow you to bring in any sort of catering and decorations that you feel fit your event, we can offer suggestions or do this for you, but feel free to DIY! We accept cards with a 3% fee, and cash will earn a 3% discount. We require a deposit to hold your date.

Property rental weekend:

2-50 people: 1,800

50-100: 2000

100-150: 2400

Weekdays:

2-50 people: 1,200

50-100: 1400

100-150: 1800

Marquee Rental

Marquee Rental:

2-50 people:$500

50-100: $1000

100+: $1500

Bar Rental

We request that if alcohol is served it is by us, this is a legal issue, you can provide the booze, or we can curate for you. Cost for the bar rental is $200/hour for two bartenders. This includes our insurance, permitting and licensing.

Cost will depend on if you supply the booze/supplies or we do!

Champagne toast: $8/per person

Chairs/Tables/Linens/Arch

We provide seating, tables, and white or black linens, 2 arches to choose from, at no extra cost.

Place settings

Boho/Rustic style settings or
